JRAD
Tim Greenhaw is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in defense and military operations. Currently serving as a Program Manager at JRAD, Tim drives program success through strategic development, schedule management, and issue resolution while leading technical and administrative teams across various contracts. Previous roles include Deputy Director and Warfighter Integration Division Chief at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, where Tim managed a multimillion-dollar portfolio supporting chemical and biological defense initiatives, and various leadership positions within the US Army, overseeing important programs related to environmental compliance, chemical munitions storage, and joint CBRN defense requirements. Tim holds multiple advanced degrees including an MS in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School.
