Zachary Berube, PMP, MEM, currently serves as a Program Manager at JRAD, utilizing extensive experience to address complex client challenges and prioritize exceptional value delivery. Previously, Zachary held roles as Program Manager/Systems Engineer at The Mistral Group, overseeing government contracts and leading engineering efforts for a blast manufacturing facility. At HighPoint Global, Zachary managed projects supporting the Center for Medicare and Medicaid, collaborating with diverse teams to develop impactful training curricula. An earlier tenure at Norfolk Naval Shipyard included positions as Assistant Chief Test Engineer and Lead Test Engineer, where Zachary led engineering teams and initiated process improvements during multi-million dollar submarine overhauls. Zachary's foundational experiences began with internships at Jordan Phosphate Mines Co.PLC and Worthington Steel. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Old Dominion University.
