Jeff Black serves as the President of Innovative Influence Strategies, Inc (i2Si) since 2008, focusing on communications and outreach to address core messaging and foreign operational challenges for organizations. Black has also contributed as a Course Instructor and Desk Officer at Joint Special Operations University since August 2017 and as an Influence Operations professional with USSOCOM since 1997. In addition to these roles, Black is the Owner of Wolf Waste Removal, an independent waste disposal company run by US Army Disabled Veterans, and Co-Founder of TriBlack Holdings. Prior experience includes ownership and CEO roles at Feathered Fowl Outfitters, providing guided waterfowl hunts, as well as positions in trust administration at Great-West Life and First Trust. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in International Relations from the University of St Andrews, a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Central Missouri.

USSOCOM's "Think-Do Tank" Center for Special Operations Thinking. WE SHARPEN THE EDGE OF SOF’S ADVANTAGE: THE NEXT-GENERATION SOF PROFESSIONAL. The Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) provides education to Special Operations Forces (SOF) and to people who enable the SOF mission in a joint environment. In addition to the regular courses taught at MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), JSOU routinely conducts both regular and tailored off-station activities for SOF units worldwide by means of remote or on-site instruction, DL courses, and via video tele-instruction (VTI). Mission JSOU prepares SOF professionals to address strategic and operational challenges, arming them with the ability to think through problems with knowledge, insight, and foresight.
