Sudhir Gupta

Sudhir Gupta has over 17 years of work experience in supply chain planning and manufacturing. Sudhir is currently the Vice President at Strides, where they are responsible for strategic leadership in external manufacturing facilities, capacity planning, and supply planning. Prior to this, Sudhir held the position of Senior GM and Head of Supply Planning & Network Strategy at Zydus Group, where they focused on designing a strong supply planning and manufacturing strategy. Sudhir also worked at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories for 10 years, starting as a Supply Planning Manager and eventually becoming the Director and Head of Operation Strategy. Sudhir began their career at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited and JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., where they held roles in planning and logistics and supply chain planning, respectively.

Sudhir Gupta has a strong educational background in engineering and management. Sudhir completed their M. Tech degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, between the years 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur, from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Sudhir Gupta has also obtained certifications in related fields. In December 2016, they received a certification in Theory of Constraint from Goldratt Consulting. In August 2015, they completed the Strategy Deployment Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education. These certifications further enhance Sudhir Gupta's knowledge and expertise in the areas of engineering, management, and strategy.
