JointheDutch connects international professionals with a wide range of employers in the Netherlands. JointheDutch aims to collaborate to improve and enhance individuals and society. There is currently a structural shortage in the Dutch labor market. In order to retain both jobs and companies in the Netherlands, it is essential to attract, engage, and develop international talent. This is crucial for the further development and growth of the Dutch (labor) market. JointheDutch locally searches for suitable candidates who are looking for opportunities abroad. This is done in collaboration with educational institutions, regional JointheDutch ambassadors, and through (self-organized) events. At the same time, JointheDutch seeks companies in the Netherlands that are equipped to hire international candidates or are open to doing so. JointheDutch establishes long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. Both parties need to be satisfied, and the best outcome is when JointheDutch can sustainably connect them.
