Cristian Berardi has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Cristian started their career as a Software Developer at System Logistics S.p.A. in 2006. After that, they worked at Alya as a Software Developer, Dev Team Leader, Planning Manager, and IT Project Manager from 2006 to 2016. In 2016, they joined GetConnected srl as a Senior Project Manager and later became the Head of Business Unit Atlassian. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at GELLIFY as a Delivery Manager and then as a Senior Delivery Manager, where they managed a team of Product Owners and Delivery Managers and provided agile coaching. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Product at Jointly, where they lead product strategy and innovation for corporate wellbeing, ensuring high-quality standards and collaborating with different teams.
Cristian Berardi completed their education from 1999 to 2004 at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they obtained a Laurea in Informatica (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science) with a focus on Scienze informatiche (Computer Science). Additionally, they obtained certifications in project management, including the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) from the Project Management Institute in December 2017 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) in January 2015.
