Francesca Rizzi

Francesca Rizzi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Francesca is currently a Board Member at Banco BPM Assicurazioni SpA, starting in December 2023. Francesca co-founded Jointly Il welfare condiviso in 2014 and continues to hold that role. Prior to that, they worked at McKinsey & Company for several years. From 2010 to 2014, they served as the EMEA practice manager - Insurance & Asset Management, overseeing a team of around 100 consultants and managing over 100 client projects annually. From 2004 to 2009, they were a Project Manager in the European Insurance and Asset Management practice at McKinsey & Company. Francesca also worked as a Senior Researcher in the same practice from 2000 to 2004. Francesca's earlier work experience includes an Assistant role at Consolato Italiano a Francoforte, which they held from 1999 to 2000.

Francesca Rizzi completed a training program called "InTheBoardroom by Valore D" in 2013-2014, which aimed to promote diversity in the Boards of Directors. Between 1995 and 2000, they obtained a Master's Degree in International Monetary Economics from Università Bocconi. In 1997-1998, they also attended The Wharton School where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General.
