Julie Miller, MBB, PCC, ELI-MP, is the President and Co-founder of JointPivot, where innovative solutions are crafted to address core business challenges through strategic planning and change management. In addition to leading JointPivot, Miller serves as an Executive and Performance Coach, helping individuals navigate pivotal moments in their careers. With experience as a part-time Professor of Global Supply Chain Management at Wayne State University's Mike Ilitch School of Business, Miller has held various leadership roles in strategy and continuous improvement at companies like Common Sail Investment Group, Amcor, XPO Logistics, and Constellation. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Miller also holds a Master's in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and multiple coaching certifications from iPEC Coaching.
