Natalia Shymkiv

Natalia Shymkiv is an experienced professional with a strong background in learning and development, marketing, and event management. At SoftServe, Natalia served as a Learning & Development specialist, where program coordination, mentorship development, and stakeholder collaboration were key responsibilities. Later, as a Senior Learning Solutions Architect, Natalia focused on training curriculum design and effectiveness evaluation. Transitioning to marketing roles, Natalia has held positions such as Senior Marketing Manager at Fozzy Group, where analysis and support for a large network of supermarkets were conducted, and currently as Head of Marketing at Join UP!. Previously, as an Event Project Manager at Ukrainian Catholic University, Natalia managed logistics and execution for various significant events. Natalia holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Ternopil National Pedagogical University, a Master's degree in History from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and another Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Ukrainian Catholic University.
