Additionally, Joel holds the CFO position at JOJO's Chocolate and has been a board member for Pharmatech and VMN Liquids since 2020 and 2017, respectively. Previous roles include CFO and COO at Zarbee's Naturals, where a comprehensive financial strategy was implemented, and V.P. of Financial Planning & Analysis at Schiff Nutrition International, overseeing significant financial operations for a large public company. Joel's early career featured positions in cost accounting and financial management, culminating in a solid foundation in finance with a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
