Miriam Bourke

Miriam Bourke is an experienced manager with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a manager at JoJo's Shake Bar since June 2021, Miriam previously held managerial positions at Wheatstack Midwestern Eatery from September 2018 to September 2021, and at Bass Pro Shops in Islandmorada from August 2016 to July 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as kitchen manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill from June 2012 to June 2016.
