Derek Hammond

Derek Hammond has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Derek began their career as a Sales Representative at Kraft Foods Group in 1998 and then moved on to become an Account Manager at CDW in 2000. Derek then worked at Money Management International in various roles, including Director Support Service and Senior Director, where they focused on directing daily operations and achieving strategic goals.

Derek also worked as a Corporate Training Manager at MMI, where they were responsible for designing and implementing training programs. Derek then joined Ricoh Americas Corporation as a Team Lead, where they managed a team and ensured performance and legal compliance.

At Crestwood Midstream Partners LP, Derek served as a Training Manager Talent Development, focusing on policy and compliance training. Derek later joined OpenTech Alliance, Inc. as a Recruiting, Training, Retention, QA Manager and managed all aspects of the recruiting, training, and QA efforts for the call center.

Derek then transitioned to Multivista, where they held multiple roles, including Corporate Operations Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, and Corporate Recruitment Manager. In these roles, they managed operational projects, restructured programs, and developed recruitment departments.

Currently, Derek is working at Jokake Construction as the Vice President of Corporate Operations. In this role, they oversee corporate operations and develops strategic initiatives. Derek had previously worked as the Human Resources Director at Jokake Construction and was responsible for developing HR departments and partnering with operations management.

Derek Hammond attended DePauw University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History.
