Marcin Chojecki

Marcin Chojecki is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Owner and Advisor at Horeca Lab since May 2021. Prior to this role, Marcin founded Horeca Design, where responsibilities as Owner and Designer were held from July 2014 to October 2023. Marcin has also excelled as Executive Chef at prestigious establishments such as Hotel Marina Club ***** and Hotel Dyplomat **** from 2010 to 2014, and at Restauracja AleGloria from 2004 to 2009. Earlier in Marcin's career, the role of Sous Chef was undertaken at Restauracja Polska Tradycja from 2002 to 2004, followed by foundational culinary training at Hotel Reytan *** as Kucharz from 1999 to 2002.
