Osvaldo Valdés Ríos

Osvaldo Valdés Ríos has a diverse work experience in the field of product management, operations management, and SAP business analysis. Osvaldo started their career at Colgate Palmolive as a Technology Transfer Intern, where they were involved in the aesthetic evaluation of finished goods and project logistics between R&D and manufacturing.

Osvaldo then joined Kerry in 2015 and held multiple roles. As an Early Career-Inventory Clerk, they implemented structured operational learning across different plants in Mexico and optimized rework projects, resulting in significant improvements in KPIs. Osvaldo later became a Production Supervisor, leading a team and ensuring effective communication and adherence to plant KPIs and quality management systems.

In 2017, Osvaldo became an SAP Super User at Kerry, where they coordinated data migration and performed testing of logical functionality during system transitions. Osvaldo also worked as an ICT SAP Business Analyst, where they designed and deployed integration plans for new acquisitions and optimized SAP manufacturing solutions across LATAM sites.

Currently, Osvaldo is working at JOKR as a Product Manager / Global WMS Ops Manager. In this role, they facilitate the strategic alignment between stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring optimal workflows and efficient resource allocation to achieve global goals.

Osvaldo Valdés Ríos completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Food Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Querying Data with Transact-SQL" from Microsoft in January 2020.
