Piotr Lagowski

Piotr Lagowski is the Co-Founder & CEO of Jokr, a company based in Poland. Piotr has also previously worked as the Senior Director for Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, the Nordics, Dutch, and Israel at WeWork. There, they were responsible for the turnaround of the company after its failed IPO, executing layoffs and preparing for another IPO or SPAC. Before WeWork, Piotr was the Executive Director at Penta Investments where they oversaw the digital transformation and growth of the company. This included the acquisition of Empik, a leading Polish retail holding with 300 offline stores, in 2016. Prior to Penta Investments, Piotr Lagowski was the Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe and Turkey at Quandoo where they successfully scaled the company before selling it to Recruit for $250 million after just two years. Piotr Lagowski began their career as a Manager and Financial Advisor at Getin Noble Bank S.A. before moving to the European Parliament as an Associate.

Piotr Lagowski studied executive education at the London Business School and international management at KU Leuven. Piotr also holds a degree in banking and political science from the University of Warsaw.
