Bernard Coulie serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Groupe Jolimont and Vice President at Helora since July 2021. At Université catholique de Louvain, Bernard Coulie has held various academic positions including Full Professor specializing in Byzantine, Armenian, and Georgian studies, as well as European culture and identity since 1995. Additionally, Bernard Coulie has been an expert at the HCERES High Council for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education in France since 2007 and is a board member at ICHEC Brussels Management School. Bernard Coulie co-founded Transmutations and is an honorary chairman of the Belgo-Armenian Chamber of Commerce. Educational credentials include a Guberna Diploma in Governance, and multiple postdoctoral studies and degrees in Oriental Studies and Byzantine Studies from prestigious institutions.
