James Ong

James Ong is a seasoned Human Resources professional with significant expertise in organization development, particularly in areas such as strategy development, management and communication, organization culture, employee engagement, performance management, and change management. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager for Culture & Strategy at Jollibee Foods Corporation since June 2015, James collaborates with business unit heads to enhance the alignment of organizational performance with business goals. Prior roles include Organization Effectiveness Manager and Officer, as well as Corporate Management Associate in a management training program. James gained early experience as a Human Capital Management Intern at ABM Global Solutions, where responsibilities included shaping strategic digital marketing for HR recruitment and implementing initiatives to enhance company culture and workforce morale. James graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering, earning Honorable Mention from Ateneo de Manila University in 2015.
