Mari Aldecoa

Mari Aldecoa has over a decade of extensive marketing experience with the Jollibee Group of Companies, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Head of Marketing for Red Ribbon Bakeshop. Since joining in November 2010, Mari has held various leadership roles including Category Head of Jollibee Masterbrand & Chicken Categories and has overseen the management of flagship products like Chickenjoy. Previous responsibilities include positions as Marketing Director for Jollibee Philippines and Global Brand Development Director for Jollibee Global, alongside numerous roles in brand management within Red Ribbon Bakeshop. Prior to Jollibee, Mari gained experience at Colgate-Palmolive and other companies, holding positions such as Assistant Brand Manager and Senior Brand Assistant. Mari holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a Minor in Marketing from Ateneo de Manila University.
