Maria Diocera

Maria Diocera is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, internal controls, and finance transformation across multiple companies. At Jollibee Group of Companies, Maria held the positions of Finance Manager for FP&A, Internal Controls & Finance Transformation, as well as for International Operations from May 2021 to October 2021. Prior to that, Maria worked at 3M Philippines, Inc. as Southeast Asia Finance Counsel and Philippines Finance Counsel in the Consumer Business Group from December 2019 to April 2021. Maria's career also includes roles at Holcim Philippines Inc. from November 2017 to November 2019, focusing on finance planning and analysis, and at Isla Lipana & Co., a member firm of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, as a Senior Assurance Associate and Contractual Assurance Associate from January 2013 to May 2015. Maria earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in January 2012.
