Matthias Aerni

Matthias Aerni has extensive leadership experience, currently serving as President of the Board of Directors at Jolly Scarpe S.p.A. since July 2018 and as President and CEO of Minerva Ltd. since August 2002. Aerni also held a position as a Member of the Board at MIG Immobilien AG from May 1999 to August 2009, focusing on optimizing real estate portfolios and improving individual real estate performance. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Bain & Company and Personal Assistant to Professor Giorgio Behr at Universität St. Gallen. Aerni's educational background includes a Doctorate and a Licentiate in Financial Accounting from the University of St.Gallen, complemented by an economic Maturité from Lycée cantonal Porrentruy.
