Maurice Neligan

Maurice Neligan has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Maurice currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Jolt Energy Group since September 2018. Prior to that, they were the Chairman of Jolt Energy Holdings Limited from July 2017. Maurice also worked at MAN SE (Volkswagen Group) as the Group Head of Industrial Business Coordination from September 2011 until their departure in 2017. Maurice was the Managing Director of Cost Improvement Consultants from March 2010 to August 2011. Between December 2008 and February 2010, Maurice held the position of Vice President, Engine Systems Division at Continental AG.

Before joining Continental AG, they had a long tenure at Siemens AG, where they held multiple roles. Maurice was the Vice President & Sub-division CFO from May 2005 to December 2008, and prior to that, they served as the Managing Director from September 2003 to May 2005.
