Thien Nguyen

Thien Nguyen is currently the VP of Human Resources at Jolt. Thien has over 6 years of experience in the HR field, working with companies of various sizes. Thien started their career at Jolt as the Director of HR, and was later promoted to VP of Human Resources. During their time at Jolt, they have successfully sourced and hired multiple VP-level employees, created an end-to-end performance management system, and led large scale HR projects. Thien has also been a steward of building and relaying internal communications, and has presented in quarterly board meetings. Thien is a go-to expert on all matters pertaining to Employee Relations and has mentored and trained internal HR employees. Prior to working at Jolt, they were an HR Consultant at Awardco and Pura.
