Tierra Sandridge has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tierra began their career in 2013 as a Cashier at Disneyland Resort and subsequently worked as a Customer Service Representative at the Automobile Club of Southern California. During their time at these positions, they displayed excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Tierra improved customer support processes by implementing Gorgias macros and streamlining Gorgias tags for more meaningful reporting on customer issues. Tierra also suggested and executed revenue-driving projects.
