Previously, Malcolm held the position of Pipeline Bending Foreman at Lane Pipeline Company from March 2019 to July 2019 and served as Bending Foreman at Ronald Lane Pipeline, Inc. from April 2016 to January 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing bending operations. Earlier in the career, Malcolm worked as an Operator at STRIKE from March 2009 to July 2011, where duties involved maintaining and operating hydraulic machinery in challenging conditions.
