Pratik Munot

Pratik Munot serves as the Delivery Head at Jombay since October 2010, overseeing delivery and operations across various client offerings in Talent Assessment, Leadership Development, and Open Programs, including initiatives like HR 40under40 and 1000 Women Leaders. Previous roles at Jombay include Head of Learning Experience, Head of Go-to-Market, Head of Marketing, Product and Knowledge Officer, and Data Analyst. Prior to Jombay, Pratik gained experience as an Associate Developer at S1 Corporation, focusing on front-end solutions for banking and finance software, and as a Project Intern at Azingo Inc., where work involved developing a gesture library for Linux-based mobile devices. Pratik holds a BE in Information Technology from Pune Institute of Computer Technology and has educational experience from Fergusson College and the 1% Club.
