Spencer Blanchard has a diverse work experience in marketing and growth roles. Starting as a Digital Account Manager at MINDSCAPE in 2010, they then joined OXX Beyond Rugged as the Director of Marketing in 2015. At OXX Beyond Rugged, Spencer was responsible for revenue on all online platforms and oversaw various marketing functions such as brand development, social media, email, content, advertising, and customer service. Spencer also diversified revenue streams through strategic partnerships and retail strategy.
In 2014, Spencer became a Partner and Head of Strategy at The Tillery, an agency and consultancy that helped companies develop and scale marketing strategies. Spencer'sexpertise included acquisition, content, demand generation, and conversion rate optimization.
In 2016, Spencer joined HuntWise as the VP of Growth and Marketing. As the first marketing hire, they led the growth, strategy, and marketing functions. Spencer was responsible for new user acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and product strategy.
From 2021 to 2023, Spencer served as the VP of Marketing and Growth at Kalkomey Enterprises, LLC. In this role, they led growth, marketing, and revenue operations, overseeing the full marketing stack including growth marketing, customer acquisition, product marketing, marketing analytics, and brand.
Currently, Spencer holds the position of VP Marketing and Ecommerce at Jonas Paul Eyewear starting from 2023.
