Ewan Farrelly, MSc, has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Director at Jonas Software, where responsibilities include overseeing global acquisitions and management of industry-specific software companies. Ewan co-founded AND1357, an artist-led contemporary gallery in Toronto, and functions as a consultant for GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), focusing on compliance-driven learning frameworks. As the founder of OrderSimply Inc., Ewan emphasized supporting local businesses and fostering community connections within Ontario. Previous roles include Area Sales Manager and Business Development Manager at Vena Solutions, where Ewan contributed to delivering reliable insights. Ewan holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Leeds and a double major in English and Performing Arts from the University of Toronto.
