Joe Schmid

Joe Schmid is an experienced technical communications professional with a career spanning from 1990 to the present. Since July 1998, Joe has served as the Technical Communications Manager and Editor at Jones Edmunds & Associates, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing the Technical Communications Department, managing workflow, and ensuring quality standards for written products across six offices. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a Document Production Coordinator at Water & Air Research, Inc., from 1994 to 1998, where editing and workflow coordination were key duties. Earlier experience includes serving as a Legislative Assistant for the Florida House of Representatives, managing various types of documentation and public events, and as a Library Technical Assistant at the University of Florida George A.
