Richard Exact

Richard Exact has a wealth of experience in finance and leadership roles. Richard started their career as a Financial Analyst at Sainsbury's in 1985 and later moved to OGILVY PR WORLDWIDE as Finance Director (Europe). Richard then worked at Whitbread Plc as a Financial Analyst before joining Ocado Group, where they held various roles such as Head of Finance and Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, they served as Director of Finance, Projects at Ocado. In 2021, Richard became the Chair of Audit Committee at the University of Bedfordshire. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Jones Food Company. Through their diverse roles, Richard has demonstrated a strong track record in financial management and strategic leadership.
