Anita McKinlay

Anita McKinlay serves as an Account Manager at Jones Healthcare Group since July 2021, following a 17-year tenure with Ontario March of Dimes where Anita held the role of Team Lead for the Barrier Free Design Consultation. In this capacity, Anita played a pivotal role in the Home and Vehicle Modification Program, utilizing strong administrative and advanced conflict resolution skills to develop and oversee the Post Grant and Complaints chapters. Additionally, as a Barrier Free Design Counsellor, Anita reviewed eligibility decisions and ensured proposed modifications adhered to the Ontario Building Code and other relevant standards. Anita's educational background includes a degree in Leadership from Fanshawe College and a degree in Legal Administration from Westervelt College.
