Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Jones Healthcare Group since February 2019, Donna previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at StarTech.com from January 2008 to February 2019, where responsibilities included advising on employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Consultant at St. Joseph's Health Care London, showcasing a strong foundation in supporting both unionized and non-unionized client needs. Donna holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western University.
