Jan Dagg, MMP, is a seasoned professional in the field of maintenance and facilities management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Facilities and Maintenance at Jones Healthcare Group since October 2023. With a robust background that includes roles such as Maintenance Manager at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. and various leadership positions at Presstran Industries and Magna International, Jan has demonstrated expertise in overseeing maintenance teams, developing departmental goals, and troubleshooting assembly machinery. Jan's career began with a Millwright apprenticeship at Aylmer Toolcraft, followed by significant experience at Marwood Metal Fabrication Ltd. and Wray Construction Ltd., where skills in welding, fabrication, and robotics were honed. Jan holds an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic degree from Fanshawe College and is fully accredited as a Millwright.
