Todd MacMillan

Todd MacMillan has extensive experience in production and operations management within the packaging industry, currently serving as Production Manager for Narrow Web at Jones Healthcare Group since March 2018. Previously, Todd held various roles at Jones Packaging Inc., including Off Shift Plant Supervisor and Finishing Department Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed supervising department activities and ensuring timely deliveries. Todd began their career at Jones Packaging Inc. as a Machine Set-up Operator, focusing on setting up equipment for various carton types. Additionally, Todd contributed to public safety as a Volunteer Fire Fighter with Ingersoll Fire Service from 2005 to 2010. Educational qualifications include an Industrial Management Certificate from Fanshawe College and fire fighting training through the IFSAC SEALS program.
