Elouise Filas

Elouise Filas has a diverse professional background with significant experience in coaching, engineering, and customer service. Currently serving as an Assistant Swim Coach at Notre Dame Academy since October 2019, Elouise also holds an engineering position at Jones & Henry Engineers, where work is focused on the infrastructure group. Previous roles include a Cashier at ALDI USA, an Assistant Coach at SURGE WATER POLO CLUB, and a Server/Bartender at BRAVO! La Cucina. Furthermore, Elouise has extensive experience at YMCA of Greater Toledo, where roles included Aquatics Director, Lifeguard Instructor, Lifeguard/Head Guard/Swim Instructor, Art Instructor, and Youth Program Coordinator.
