Previously, Gayle worked as a marketing strategy and planning consultant at 2am Creative and provided freelance marketing services through More Marketing, where strategic digital marketing strategies and campaigns were developed. A former Head of Destination Marketing for Preston City Council, Gayle managed the promotional project for the Preston Guild 2012 celebration. Additional roles include Marketing Manager at Leisure Parcs Limited, Marketing Executive at Tom Parker Ltd, and Marketindex, contributing to a strong foundation in B2B and visitor attraction marketing. Gayle holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University and a CIM postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing from the University of Central Lancashire.
