Stuart Kirby MCIOB has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Construction Manager for Jones Homes UK since March 2022, overseeing multiple traditional housing and apartment schemes in the North West region. Previously, in the role of Contracts Manager at Mulbury Homes Limited from 2018 to February 2022, Stuart managed large-scale new build housing projects. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Site Manager for David Wilson Homes, where responsibility encompassed the redevelopment of a former university campus, and holding various site management positions with David Wilson Homes, Bellway, and Elan Homes, achieving multiple NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards. Earlier career roles involved joinery and site supervision in modular construction across remote areas of Northern Australia, as well as joinery and general building responsibilities in the UK.
