Cher Harvey

n her position at Jones, Cher’s focus is tax strategy, financial reporting and treasury management. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a BS in Accounting and is fiercely proud to be the first in her family to receive a college degree.

Prior to joining the team, Cher worked in the tax group at Warren Averett where her focus was on the taxation of pass-through entities. She helped with entity structure, federal and state planning for entities and owners and multi-state tax planning. These experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the high level of financial rigor expected of any successful, privately-held company. And as a practitioner of mixed martial arts, Cher continues to demonstrate the strength of character it takes to win.
