Dana Valencia is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and quality control, currently serving as Sr. Director of QC & Regulatory Affairs at Jones Road Beauty since June 2023. Responsibilities include overseeing global formula compliance, managing artwork legal copy, facilitating product testing, and addressing regulatory issues. Prior experience includes leading the regulatory team at Burt’s Bees and managing product integrity at Kolmar Labs, where Dana was responsible for compliance and regulatory support for R&D. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from the University at Albany and an Associate of Science in Management/Marketing/Chemistry from SUNY Orange.
