Francesca Dygos

Francesca Dygos currently serves as a Product Development Coordinator at Jones Road Beauty, having advanced through roles as Product Development Associate and Product Development Intern since May 2023. Earlier experience includes a position as a Campus Brand Ambassador for Princess Polly, where Francesca promoted the brand to followers from June 2022 to January 2025. Francesca also demonstrated leadership as the Front Desk Manager at High Societea from October 2018 to May 2024, overseeing customer service and front-of-house operations. As an Apparel Designer for Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity from November 2022 to September 2023, Francesca collaborated with members to create chapter apparel. Additional experience includes a Social Media Marketing Internship at A Second Opinion LLC, where analysis of marketing techniques was conducted, and a role as a Youth Field Hockey Coach with Pequannock Parks and Recreation from June 2017 to August 2019. Francesca is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies at Rutgers University, expected to graduate in May 2025.
