Rafael Aguilo joined Jones Sign in 2014 with an extensive background in the human resources and recruitment field. His experience in this field extends over 25 years where he has learned to listen and advocate for his clients. His focus and ability to identify opportunities was greatly appreciated by our staff. He managed professional staffing needs through 2020 when he decided to relocate to the Tampa, FL area. In the process, he asked if he could transition to our architectural sales team. The knowledge he gained in his previous six years at Jones Sign and the signage industry made this transition seamless.
He is a graduate of the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor's in Business and an emphasis in Marketing. Rafael is fluent in both Spanish and English. His success as our Recruiting Manager has quickly followed into his new sales role having closed over $3.2M in his first year.
