Joe Bain is a Partner at Jones Walker LLP and Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice, where they advise public and private companies, creditor committees, lenders, and other stakeholders on complex business restructurings, Chapter 11 reorganizations, and commercial litigation.
