Michael Grenier has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Michael started their career as a Branch Manager at Mellon Bank in 1991 and held this role until 1994. Michael then joined Bank of Lancaster County, NA / Sterling Financial Corp as a Community Team Manager, where they were responsible for sales management and employee development at multiple offices. In 2006, they became the Direct Consumer Loan Coordinator at the same bank, where they approved direct consumer loans and drove revenue growth. Grenier then worked at Equipment Finance LLC (PNC Financial Services) as an Assistant Vice President, Repossession Coordinator, where they coordinated repossession activities and assisted with collection efforts. In 2012, they joined Jonestown Bank & Trust Co., where they initially served as a Branch Manager before being promoted to Credit Administration & Risk Management Officer. Michael currently holds the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at the same company.

Michael Grenier graduated with honors from the Central Atlantic Advanced School of Commercial Lending in 1995. Michael pursued a degree in Management with a focus on Economics at Gettysburg College from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, Michael obtained the Certified Community Bank Risk Specialist (CCBRS) certification from the ICBA in November 2020.
