Erika Bernadette has served as an Operations Manager at Joni and Friends since September 2022. Prior to this role, Erika worked as a Teacher at John F. Kennedy High School from August 2016 to October 2022 and as a Substitute Teacher at Pleasanton Unified School District from January 2014 to June 2016. Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Notre Dame de Namur University, as well as Master's degrees in Educational/Instructional Technology and Educational Leadership Technology from California State University - East Bay. Erika also obtained a Teaching Credential in Secondary Education and Teaching from California State University East Bay.

We extend gospel-centered care through Community Support, Respite, Retreats and Getaways, and Crisis Response. And we connect families with Christ-honoring, disability-friendly churches where they find a place belong.
