Jonathan Hicks

Jonathan Hicks, with an M.S. in Organizational Psychology, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Talent Management at Joni and Friends. Prior to this, Jonathan held various HR roles at Children's Hunger Fund and Azusa Pacific University, focusing on benefits administration, staffing & recruitment, orientation & onboarding, managing work-study programs, performance evaluations, and reports & records management. Jonathan also has experience in kitchen and bath design from their time at CTR Builders and The Home Depot.
