Miguel Moncayo is a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Joni and Friends, with prior experience as a Clinic Supervisor at Dignity Health and a Direct Care Professional at ResCare. Miguel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pensacola Christian College in 2013.

We envision a world where every person with a disability finds hope, dignity, and their place in the body of Christ. Founded by Joni Eareckson Tada in 1979, Joni and Friends is dedicated to reaching out to families living with disability all around the globe with gospel-adorned hope. We extend gospel-centered care through Community Support, Respite, Retreats and Getaways, and Crisis Response. And we connect families with Christ-honoring, disability-friendly churches where they find a place belong.
