Jeff Debele serves as the Director of Finance/Controller at JonnyPops, leading the finance and accounting team for a high-growth frozen novelty business. Prior to this role, Jeff was the Finance Director for Supply Chain & Operations at Flagstone Foods, where responsibilities included overseeing finance and accounting activities, executing cost reduction plans, and supporting operational financial strategies. Jeff has extensive experience gained from various positions at General Mills, including Logistics Manager and Financial Manager roles, where Jeff drove financial planning, analysis, and supply chain performance. Jeff's educational background includes an MBA and an MS in Agricultural Economics from Indiana University and Purdue University, respectively, as well as a BS in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota.
