Viktoriia Hrek is an experienced professional with a strong background in service delivery and customer support, currently serving as the Service Delivery Team Lead at Jooble since May 2019. In this role, Viktoriia is responsible for maintaining client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and managing team performance while also evaluating processes for efficiency. Previously, Viktoriia held various positions in customer support and sales across multiple companies, demonstrating skills in conflict resolution, task management, and employee development. Viktoriia's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Marketing from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence from the State University of Technology and Infrastructure, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economy and Entrepreneurship.
