Floor Nagelsmit-de Bruijn is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing and innovation. Currently, Floor serves as the Manager of Product Marketing & Innovation at JOOLZ, a rapidly growing global stroller brand, where responsibilities include leading a product marketing team, focusing on consumer-centric design, product positioning, and developing product roadmaps. Prior to this role, Floor established the product marketing function in a fast-growing scale-up and held various brand management positions at Procter & Gamble. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Strategic Product Design and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Delft University of Technology. Additional experiences include a graduate internship at Unilever, involvement in a bicycle design project in Kenya, and research on commercial opportunities in Argentina.
