Victoria Mantellini serves as a Service Excellence Representative at JOOLZ, a Milk Design BV brand, since June 2020, bringing expertise as a clinical psychologist combined with a background in HR and business. Prior experience includes roles as a Spanish Client Advisor at Basic-Fit, Learning and Development Specialist at Banesco Banco Universal where development plans for over 100 top executives were designed, and Assistant Professor at UCAB, one of Venezuela's leading private universities, responsible for teaching Introduction to Psychology. Victoria's early career featured an HR internship at DHL, focusing on recruitment and learning initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Emotional Wellbeing Psychotherapy and a Master's in Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy from ISEP, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCAB.
