Đào Duy Anh

Đào Duy Anh has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 2018, they worked at Tek Experts as a Technical Support Representative, where they provided support for Xbox and Microsoft Office issues. Đào gained hands-on experience in understanding customer pain points and improving product experiences. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Technical Trainer, analyzing contact data to identify key issues and developing training programs to improve KPIs.

In 2020, Đào Duy Anh joined Niteco as a Report Specialist, automating reports using Google AppScript and generating weekly reports for Ecommerce clients. Đào also wrote and updated documents on task procedures.

In 2021, they moved to ITviec as a Technical Writer, and later joined Sendo.vn as a Data Analyst. In this role, they built models using dbt, visualized data on Data Studio, set up AB tests on Firebase Console, and implemented Firebase tracking for events on Sendo Buyer and Sendo Partner apps.

Most recently, they joined Joon Solutions in 2022 as an Analytics Engineer.

Đào Duy Anh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Hanoi University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, during the same period, they also pursued studies in Hospitality Administration/Management at Hanoi University.
